Shunas Consulting Pricing Guide

This contract includes meeting with your organization’s leadership and teams with the goal of assessing the needs of your organization and suggesting options for process and automation improvement and implementation. We also look through your current systems, spreadsheets, and applications to assess process and efficiency gaps. 

Includes the following deliverables: 

• Record of Requests: A line item assessment of every recommendation from Shunas Consulting and requests made by team members in the discovery phase

• Discovery Assessment: A polished summary of findings from discovery, along with recommendations for next steps.

• Implementation Quote: A proposal outlining the suggested processes to implement the discovery assessment recommendations and costs associated if Shunas Consulting is chosen to implement.

Price: $1,250 per meeting. 

*Each 1 hour meeting requires approximately 5 hours of research and documentation time for Shunas Consulting
*Max 8 people per meeting

This contract is only offered after the completion of a Discovery Contract. During discovery, Shunas Consulting will recommend an implementation strategy that includes an estimation of how many “sprints” system improvements will take to implement fully. Each sprint is a dedicated 3 weeks of development to implement a specific list of items within the overall project. Development during sprints can include further fact finding, designing, building, testing, and roll out of new processes, forms, or other features. 

Price: $10,000 per sprint.

Shunas Consulting’s favorite way to work with our clients! This contract includes a weekly meeting with both Loren and Javier, as well as a few hours a week of build time “behind the scenes”. Our one hour calls each week allow us to get to know our clients, understand their unique needs, and develop systems that work for them. This contract allows clients time to seek understanding, be trained, and with that knowledge become part of the creative process of requesting and prioritizing your organization's needs. Meetings can be with an individual point person, a whole team, or any combination of staff whose voice is needed within the project. 

Price: $1,600 per month. Any additional “behind the scenes” work is billed hourly at $250 an hour. 

*Max 12 additional hours per month (Most clients average around 6-8 hours/month). NO MINIMUM HOUR REQUIREMENT.

Our most flexible contract, this contract is designed primarily for error handling and general fixes. However, the hours are yours and if there is something you would like us to create or build within them, we’re happy to do so. 

Price: $250 per hour.
